As per Merchant Shipping Ordinance,1983 Foreign and National Ship Owners or Manning Agents request to the Shipping Master for sign on of Crew/Officer in the Articles of Agreement. Date of Joining, Place of Joining, particulars of the ship, principal and company’s e-mail  address has to be mentioned in the request letter.

Sign off:
